Yes, the Marriage Getaway is for husbands and wives married by August 25, 2023 @ 4pm.

The purpose of the Marriage Getaway weekend is for spouses to have quality time together, just the two of you. Childcare is not provided and there are no activities for children at the Marriage Getaway weekend. Children will not be permitted in the ballroom. Please plan accordingly.

Yes! We offer a Couple Weekend Event Only ticket for $175 per couple. The Event Only Ticket includes event only admission on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The Marriage Getaway event begins Friday, August 25th at 6:15pm in the Flores Ballroom.

The event only ticket does not include a hotel room, breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, additional night bookings or entrance to the pools at the La Quinta.

The Marriage Getaway rooms are held in a group master account and all 300 rooms are managed by The Relationship Resource only. Your name will not show up in the La Quinta registry until approximately 30 days before the event. If you need to cancel or make changes please email your request to allison@therelationshipresource.org

Your Couple Weekend Ticket registration covers the standard hotel room charges, resort fees, taxes, and parking. Each guest is responsible for any additional charges (porterage, room service, movie rentals, services, etc.).

As soon as you can. We have 300 rooms to accommodate 300 married couples at the La Quinta Resort. Early Bird Registration of $599 will end on May 31, 2023. Beginning June 1st registration will be $675.

Meals are not included. However, we do have complimentary Saturday & Sunday continental breakfast - one muffin and piece of fruit per person, coffee, and tea - served in the Salon De Flores Ballroom from 7:30 am– 9:15am.

Please note that the continental breakfast is not included for couples with an event only ticket.

Transportation is not included. All attendees are responsible for their own transportation to the resort and back. Getting to La Quinta is a two-hour drive from Los Angeles or San Diego. There are three airports that are near Indian Wells:

Palm Springs International Airport (PSP): 15 miles, 30-40 minutes

Ontario International Airport: 86 miles, 1.5 hours

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX): 140 miles, 2.5 hours

Dress as casual or formal as you like. The weather can range anywhere from 95 - 110 degrees throughout the weekend. All rooms and event areas are air conditioned. It can get cool in the main ballroom. Please plan accordingly. The resort is home to 41 pools so don’t forget your swimsuit, hat, and sunscreen.

Friday afternoon traffic can be very heavy going to La Quinta and we recommend leaving early and giving yourself plenty of driving time.

Marriage Getaway Event Check in begins at 6:15pm in the Flores Ballroom. The event starts promptly at 7pm

Our group has a late Hotel check out at 12:30pm on Sunday. The event in the ballroom will end at 11:30 on Sunday so that you have an hour to gather everything and check out on time.

Yes, a credit card is required upon check in for any incidentals. The hotel will do a credit card authorization of $125 and funds will be released at checkout.

Because of the unique charm and history of the La Quinta's Spanish-style Casitas, rooms vary in layout, size, and amenities. We have booked 300 King Bed Casitas and the La Quinta will be placing guests in rooms at their discretion. If you need a double queen room or an ADA accessible room, please indicate that during checkout and we will work to accommodate you. During check in at the La Quinta you may request a room upgrade subject to availability and additional costs to you.

Play one or all five of La Quinta’s legendary courses, all within 15 minutes of the resort. Each has a clubhouse and instruction is available at the PGA WEST Golf Academy. Resort guests can book tee times a year in advance. Please visit Golf | La Quinta Resort & Club (hilton.com) to book your tee time.

Absolutely. We highly encourage you to add additional nights before or after the main event weekend. We do have a special group rate of $239 per night that includes taxes, daily parking, and daily resort fees. You can book up to 3 nights prior and 3 nights post the Marriage Getaway weekend at our special group rate. The additional nights must be booked through TRR and will be offered during the registration process online, please do not call the La Quinta. Please note that you must pay in full to secure the extra night(s). A cancellation fee of $40 will apply if you cancel your additional nights.

If you missed adding additional nights during registration, you can email your request to allison@therelationshipresource.org. up until July 30,2023.

All cancellations must be received in writing by email to Allison@therelationshipresource.org. Please note that there are cancellation fees to covers costs we incur.

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment less the cancellation fee.

The La Quinta offers Pet Friendly Rooms for dogs up to 75lbs. You can choose this add on during checkout for an additional fee of $155. However, pets are not allowed at the Marriage Getaway Event in the ballroom.
